School data you upload: Teacher profiles, student records, availability schedules, lesson assignments, and related operational data that you enter into the Service.

Billing data: Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

- Supabase โ database and authentication hosting.
- Stripe โ payment processing.
- Resend โ transactional email delivery.
- Vercel โ application hosting and edge infrastructure.
- Google Maps Platform โ geographic routing calculations (addresses passed for distance computation only).
- Anthropic โ AI-assisted features (scheduling suggestions, conflict analysis). Data processed per Anthropic's API privacy policy.
5. Student Data
The Service may be used to process information about minor students. This data is entered and controlled by the school administrator. We act as a data processor on behalf of the school. Schools are responsible for complying with FERPA, COPPA, and other applicable regulations governing student data. We do not independently use student data beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account and school data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance reasons.
7. Data Security
We use industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, and role-based access controls. However, no system is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong password and notify us immediately of any suspected breach.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
